On The Line volunteers with Chefs for the Polls, feeds hungry Westchester voters in hours-long lines

We’re volunteering with World Central Kitchen to raise funds for Chefs for the Polls. Together, we will use the power of food to make Election Day one of community and hope.

We’ll serve uplifting food on early voting days and Election Day. We’ll be stationed by polling locations around Westchester, targeting those located in underserved communities, with historically long lines, predicted massive turnouts, or limited facilities, sharing meals with anyone — no questions asked. If we can help alleviate the challenges of Election Day, we will be there.

As the pandemic evolves, we’re committed to supporting restaurants financially and getting food to our neighbors in need. This is just one way we’re doing it.

We are thankful to World Central kitchen for supporting us with funds and resources to initiate in Westchester County, please help them continue the work here and across the country by donating to Chefs for the Polls or their general fund.

Donate today at www.chefsforthepolls.org or www.wck.org

We also need volunteers to help pick up and hand out meals - sign up to volunteer here
